This big beautiful pastel lavender with the big yellow watermark and bright gold-dusted, gilded, braided edging is a delight. A beautiful color combination combines with impeccable plant habit and excellent buds and branching. SOUTHERN WIND has been an exceptional parent for "lettuce edges" – daylilies that are edged in flat wide green edges akin to being edged in iceberg lettuce. A fabulous daylily. Fertile both ways with 6-way branching and 35-40 buds.
