Our garden is state inspected and we are happy to ship anywhere in the continental United States as well as INTERNATIONALLY. Although daylily rust does not seem to over-winter in our mountain climate, we have a preventative spray program in effect. All new daylily acquisitions are quarantined for one season and sprayed weekly.
